four years ago. I was amazed by the fact that we can find both

It is great to have
lived in Matsuyama for almost seven years. It is a great place
in between
the beautiful inland sea of Japan in the west and green mountains
in the east. We can find a beautiful coexistence of tradition,
modernization, nature and technology in this tiny place on the
Shikoku Island. |

It is my pleasure
to introduce my impression and experience about Matsuyama. Matsuyama
city is the biggest city in Ehime prefecture, which, located
on Sikoku Island. I have stayed for 4 years in Matsuyama, which
can be counted to be the most beautiful days of my life. I visited
the famous places in Matsuyama such as Matsuyama Castle, Okadio,
Ginntenngai and Tobe Zoo. I am interested in Japanese life,
every thing is clean and there is great safety in Japan compared
to other countries. Life in Japan is considered to be very expensive,

Matsuyama is one of
the true wonders in Shikoku Island. There are a dozens of interesting
adventures waiting for you; from art museums in the castle park
to traditional pottery beside a zoo. At the cities centre sits
an ancient castle overlooking a downtown core filled with hundreds
of small bars and restaurants. The city is a mixture of people
from all around Ehime and is the place in Japan to meet the

Here in Matsuyama you will enjoy sun lights shining brightly
upon the Matsuyama Castle throughout the four seasons. Lead
by the chattering of the beautiful rivers, comfortable music
of little birds and the nostalgic sounds of street cars, you
will have a chance to appreciate the literature nurtured by
Soseki Natsume and Shiki Masaoka.
When you once experience Dogo Hot Spring which has more than
three thousand-years history, we are confident that you will
